Ingredients :-
*1 kg aloo
*4 onions
*garam masala
*1 cup peanuts
*2 tsp salt
*2 tsp red chilly powder
*4 tbsp emlee
*Gur chutney
*2 tbsp lasoon chutney
Preparation:-
1. Boil the aloos and after pealing mash them well and keep aside.
2. In a pan heat ½ cup oil for frying the peanuts, deep fry and add salt.
3. 1 tsp sugar and ½ tsp red chilly powder .
4. In the remaining oil add lason chutney, allow to sizzle. Add garam masala, red chilli powder, emlee chutney.
Also add the mashed aloos.
5. Fill it in bun with fried peanuts & chopped onions.
Serve hot.

Batata puri recipe
Batata Puri :
This is one of the mouth watering dish . You can use it at snack time or as a appetizer in parties . Easy to prepare .
Ingredients :-
* All purpose flour or maida1 cup
* Suji .............1 cup
* Oil .............1 tbsp
* Salt ............1 tsp
* Boiled Potatoes ............. 2
* Coriader leaves
* Tamrind Sweet Chutny
* Green chutny
* Chat masala
* Bhujia sev
Preparation :-
1. Mix all purpose flour , Suji , Salt and oil .Put water and make a tight dough .Cover the dough with wet cloth and keep aside for half an hour .Now prepare small small balls of it press it like puri and deep fry all of them. Now your puris are ready.
2. Cut small-small pieces of potatoes and corriander leaves (finely chopped).
3. Now in a plate arrange 10- 12 puris on the top of each put some potatoes and over them put the green chutney ,sweet chutny and sprinkle the corriander leaves and chat masala.
4. At last garnish it with Bhujia sev .
Now your Batata puri is ready to eat. If you prepare puris early for time saving , you can keep it in an air tight container and when you want to eat, you can prepare the batata puris as you wish . Its good and healthy snack and yummy too.
